Starting point for the evening program were poems by GDR youths from 1965 - 1989, which the author and publicist Edwin Kratschmer collected and published in nine volumes under the title "Offene Fenster". We invited the original authors to read their poems again 60 years later and accompanied the reading with specially composed music by Verena Buttmann and me. We also invited the teenage punk band JeDi to give a concert.
